Coolant Delivery — Hose, Nozzles & Adapters

Coolant that misses the cut does no work. These are the components for putting it exactly where it belongs and keeping it there: Hirt Line modular coolant systems, built from sealed ball-joint segments clamped by screw nuts, so a line articulates freely when the nut is loose and holds its aim against machine vibration when it is tight.

Four systems cover the range, and they differ only in flow size: Typ 0 at 3.2 mm (1/8"), Typ 1 at 5.8 mm (1/4"), Typ 2 at 11 mm (1/2") and Typ 3 at 19 mm (3/4"). Within a system every element shares the same joint, so any nozzle, elbow or adapter fits any assembly.
