TNMG is the 60° triangular turning insert. T is the triangle shape, N means 0° relief, M is the tolerance class, and G means a center hole with chip breakers on both sides, so each insert gives you six cutting corners.
ISO and ANSI codes name the same insert: TNMG 160408 is TNMG 332, and 220408 is 432.
