Standard Processing: All orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Status Updates: An automated email confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your order ships and funds are captured.
Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, you will receive an email promptly with backorder options or cancellation information.
We offer shipping through UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.
FREE Standard Shipping: Available on all orders of $1,500.00 or more within the Continental United States.
Standard Ground Shipping: Shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Actual transit time is 3–5 business days once processed.
USPS Shipping Fee: Please note that a $3.00 handling fee applies to all orders selected to ship via USPS.
P.O. Boxes: Neither UPS nor FedEx can deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, please ensure you select USPS at checkout (subject to the $3.00 fee mentioned above).
Weekend Delivery: Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available.
