Returns and Exchanges Conditions:
- Products should be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The products must be in their original packaging and devoid of any noticeable signs of use.
Exchanges:
If you wish to initiate an exchange, please ensure the following steps:
- Clearly specify the desired type, size, or any other pertinent specifications of the product on the original packing slip.
- Enclose the packing slip within the return package.
- Send the package to the attention of D&D Supply.
- Customers are responsible for the inbound shipping cost of the original item, while we will cover the outbound shipping for the new item.
Returns:
For returning a product, please adhere to the following process:
- Explicitly state the reason for the return on your packing slip.
- Specify whether you would like the funds credited to your charge card or PayPal account.
- The full purchase price of the product will be refunded, excluding shipping charges.
- Kindly include the packing slip in the return package and send it to D&D Supply. We will facilitate the outbound shipping for the new item at no cost.
