DNMG 150408 / DNMG 432, chip breaker BC, grade FM2533 — negative 55° rhombic turning insert.
1/2" inscribed circle, 3/16" thick, 1/32" corner radius. The BC breaker is the medium roughing & cast iron geometry: 0.008–0.020 ipr (0.2–0.5 mm/rev) at 0.06–0.16" (1.5–4 mm) depth of cut. FM2533 is a CVD grade — stable steel applications and nodular cast iron — a balance of wear resistance and chipping resistance.
