This 6-flute high-speed steel roughing end mill uses chip-breaking cutting edges to reduce cutting pressure and support efficient stock removal. The regular length construction and 30° helix are suited to roughing slots, pockets, shoulders, and profiles while promoting manageable chips. Its non-center-cutting geometry is intended for side milling and requires an existing entry path for axial engagement.
