Hirt Line Typ 2 — 1/2" System (11 mm)

The flood-cooling size: 11 mm flow size on a 1/2" thread. This is the system for heavy roughing, for clearing chips rather than just wetting the cut, and for the wide flat-jet nozzles that cover a face mill or a shoulder in one stream.

Flat nozzles up to 70 mm wide in slit heights from 0.4 to 2.5 mm, round outlets to Ø10 mm, 30°/60°/90° heads, adapters onto 3/8", 1/2" and 3/4" threads, basic elements to 500 mm, elbows and branch pieces, plus the parts a multi-branch installation needs: manifolds splitting one 1/2" supply into three 3/8" outlets, blanking plugs for the outlets you are not using, and mini ball valves in brass and stainless so one branch can be shut off without stopping the pump. The 2-GS basic set covers a first installation.
