3/16" cutting diameter, 4 flutes, single end, ball nose, extra long length, AlTiN coated.

Ground from solid carbide. This tool cuts 3/16" diameter, has 1-1/8" of flute and measures 3" overall.

The ball nose leaves a radiused bottom, which is what you want for 3D contours, fillets and mold surfaces rather than flat floors.

The extra length reaches into deep pockets and past fixturing that a standard tool cannot clear.

AlTiN is built for heat: stainless, tool steels and high-temperature alloys, especially with little or no coolant.
