Ground from solid carbide. This tool cuts 7/8" diameter, runs a 7/8" shank, has 3" of flute and measures 6" overall.

The ball nose leaves a radiused bottom, which is what you want for 3D contours, fillets and mould surfaces rather than flat floors.

The extra length reaches into deep pockets and past fixturing that a standard tool cannot clear.

The Sky Coat finish is intended to support lubricity and wear resistance in milling applications.
