Ground from solid carbide. This tool cuts 7/32" diameter, has 3/8" of flute and measures 2-1/2" overall.

The square end cuts a flat floor with a sharp corner — slots, pockets, shoulders and side milling.

The stub length keeps the tool short and stiff, which is where you get the least deflection and the best finish.
