Ground from solid carbide. This tool cuts 5/8" diameter, has 1-1/4" of flute and measures 6" overall.

The ball nose leaves a radiused bottom, which is what you want for 3D contours, fillets and mould surfaces rather than flat floors.

The Weldon flats give the holder a positive grip so the tool cannot pull out under load.

Uncoated, so the edge stays as sharp as it can be ground — the usual choice for aluminium and other soft, sticky materials.
