Ground from solid carbide. This tool cuts 3/16" diameter, has 1/2" of flute and measures 3-1/4" overall.

The ball nose leaves a radiused bottom, which is what you want for 3D contours, fillets and mould surfaces rather than flat floors.

The Weldon flats give the holder a positive grip so the tool cannot pull out under load.

AlTiN is built for heat: stainless, tool steels and high-temperature alloys, especially with little or no coolant.
