Ground from solid carbide. This tool cuts 1" diameter, runs a 1" shank, has 1-1/4" of flute and measures 4" overall. The flutes are cut at a 45° helix.

This is a rougher: the chip-breaking edge form cuts the cutting pressure and breaks the chip into short pieces, so it removes stock faster than a finishing tool at the same power.

Uncoated, so the edge stays as sharp as it can be ground — the usual choice for aluminium and other soft, sticky materials.
