About grade TN15

Wear resistant finishing to intermediate grade suitable for many applications on steel, cast iron, stainless steel and high temperature alloys. It is generally used at higher speeds where deformation may be a problem. The multi-layer coating includes TiCN and aluminum oxide.

Right-hand inserts run in right-hand NE and NS toolholders. The NR 45° toolholders and the NE boring bars are the exception: Canela specifies that right-hand tools take left-hand inserts and vice versa.
