Recommendation for light cutting of carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel.Double sided chipbreaker. Can be used at low depth of cuts and high feed rates. The curved edge allows smooth chip discharge. Recommended for workpieces in the 160-250HB range.
Wear resistant finishing to intermediate grade suitable for many applications on steel, cast iron, stainless steel and high temperature alloys. It is generally used at higher speeds where deformation may be a problem. The multi-layer coating includes TiCN and aluminum oxide.
