DNMG 150604 / DNMG 441, chip breaker BF, grade FM324 — negative 55° rhombic turning insert.

1/2" inscribed circle, 1/4" thick, 1/64" corner radius. The BF breaker is the finishing geometry: 0.002–0.010 ipr (0.05–0.25 mm/rev) at 0.02–0.06" (0.5–1.5 mm) depth of cut. FM324 is a PVD grade — universal multi-purpose grade for mid and low cutting speeds — low-carbon and alloyed steel, stainless, cast iron, Inconel and titanium alloys.
