VNMG 160408 / VNMG 332, chip breaker BL, grade FM2533 — negative 35° rhombic turning insert.

3/8" inscribed circle, 3/16" thick, 1/32" corner radius. The BL breaker is the semi-finishing geometry: 0.004–0.012 ipr (0.1–0.3 mm/rev) at 0.04–0.12" (1–3 mm) depth of cut. FM2533 is a CVD grade — stable steel applications and nodular cast iron — a balance of wear resistance and chipping resistance.
