A mini mill is a micro end mill for the small features a standard end mill cannot reach — fine slots, engraving, small pockets and detail work in mould and die. This one cuts 0.0625" diameter with 0.1880" of flute, 1-1/2" overall.

The shank is 1/8", which is the same on every size in the mini range, so one collet holds the whole set and you change the cutter without touching the holder.

The square end cuts a flat floor with a sharp corner — slots, pockets, shoulders and side milling.

The finish is bright and uncoated: no coating is added to the cutting edge. At this diameter that matters, because a coating layer is a real fraction of the edge itself.
