This 3-flute single-end HSS corner rounding cutter is designed to machine a consistent 1/8" external corner radius on part edges. Its profiled cutting geometry supports controlled edge blending, deburring, and radius generation on shoulders, plates, slots, and contoured workpieces.
High-speed steel provides toughness and resistance to chipping for general machining, repair work, interrupted cuts, and setups that benefit from a forgiving cutting edge.
The TiCN Premium Grade coating provides a hard, low-friction surface intended to improve wear resistance in suitable corner-rounding applications.
