Spanner for the Hirt Line Typ1 modular coolant system (1/4" system, part number SW-16).
A flat spanner sized for the Typ1 (1/4") screw nuts. The nuts are tightened against a sealing ball joint, so a correctly sized wrench matters: an oversized one rounds the flats and a pair of pliers ruins them.
