Canela reference TCMT32.52 — 60° triangular turning insert, grade TN30. Original Canela indexable turning insert. Sold individually, no minimum order.
The TCMT designation follows ISO 1832: T 60° triangular shape, C 7° clearance angle, M tolerance class, T cylindrical hole with one 40-60° countersink, one-sided chipbreaker.
ANSI TCMT32.52 is the same insert as ISO TCMT 16T308. Supplied with the Canela chipbreaker, in boxes of 10.

General purpose wear resistant turning grade. The multi-layer coating includes aluminum oxide to add additional heat and wear resistance. It is used to machine steel at lower speeds than TN15. This turning grade is for demanding metal removal operations, including cutting through scale at low speeds through heavy interruption, and problem machining of stainless steel at low speed and poor rigidity.
