Plug for Manifold 3/8"PT for the Hirt Line Typ2 modular coolant system (1/2" system, part number VB-3-38-PT-BS).
A manifold splits one coolant supply into several independently routable branches. A blanking plug closes an outlet that is not in use, so the pressure goes to the branches that are working instead of out of an open port.
This is the taper pipe version. It seals on the thread flanks as it tightens, so it needs a port cut to the same PT taper. For a straight-threaded port — including the VB-3-38 manifold block — use VB-3-38-BS instead. The two are not interchangeable.
