CCMT 120408 / CCMT 432, chip breaker BG, grade FM324 — positive 80° rhombic turning insert.
1/2" inscribed circle, 3/16" thick, 1/32" corner radius. The BG breaker is the Medium machining geometry: 0.006–0.012 ipr (0.15–0.3 mm/rev) at 0.04–0.12" (1–3 mm) depth of cut. FM324 is a PVD grade — universal multi-purpose grade for mid and low cutting speeds — low-carbon and alloyed steel, stainless, cast iron, Inconel and titanium alloys.
