DNMG 150604 / DNMG 441, chip breaker BL, grade FM2543 — negative 55° rhombic turning insert.

1/2" inscribed circle, 1/4" thick, 1/64" corner radius. The BL breaker is the semi-finishing geometry: 0.004–0.012 ipr (0.1–0.3 mm/rev) at 0.04–0.12" (1–3 mm) depth of cut. FM2543 is a CVD grade — first-choice grade for general steel work — continuous through interrupted cuts across steel applications.
