2-1/2" shell mill cutter, 5 pockets for XNEX XN 08 inserts.
2-1/2" cutting diameter with 5 pockets, mounted on an arbor. It takes the XN 08 size of the XNEX indexable system — 6 insert references in stock, across finishing, medium and roughing classes, so the same body covers the whole job.
The XN 08 pocket also accepts the high-feed XNEX inserts: the same body runs a 90° square-shoulder pass and a high-feed roughing pass.
Final stock. The XNEX system is no longer being restocked at FM Carbide. These references are sold while current inventory lasts and are then retired. Call or email us before planning a repeat order.
