A centerless-ground solid carbide blank for grinding your own form tools. It is 3/8" diameter and 2-1/2" long, with 1/2" of split ground into both ends.

Centerless grinding holds the diameter to +.000-.005", so the blank runs true in a collet without dialling it in.
