Ground from solid carbide. This tool cuts 1" diameter, runs a 1" shank, has 1-1/4" of flute and measures 10" overall.

The ball nose leaves a radiused bottom, which is what you want for 3D contours, fillets and mould surfaces rather than flat floors.

The extra length reaches into deep pockets and past fixturing that a standard tool cannot clear.

Uncoated, so the edge stays as sharp as it can be ground — the usual choice for aluminium and other soft, sticky materials.
