2 Flute-Extra Long Length-Single End Ball-ALTiN - 1/4 X 1/4 X 2 X 4

1/4" cutting diameter, 2 flutes, single end, ball nose, extra long length, AlTiN coated.

This tool cuts 1/4" diameter, runs a 1/4" shank, has 2" of flute and measures 4" overall.

The ball nose leaves a radiused bottom, which is what you want for 3D contours, fillets and mould surfaces rather than flat floors.

The extra length reaches into deep pockets and past fixturing that a standard tool cannot clear.

AlTiN is built for heat: stainless, tool steels and high-temperature alloys, especially with little or no coolant.
