Steel-shank indexable boring bar from Canela. Rigid clamping sized to the bar diameter, which is what keeps chatter down at the depths where boring bars usually give up.
Start from the minimum bore: pick the largest bar diameter your bore will clear, and you get the stiffest tool for the job.
