7/64" cutting diameter, 4 flutes, double end, ball nose, stub length, TiCN coated.
Ground from solid carbide. This tool cuts 7/64" diameter, has 7/32" of flute and measures 1-1/2" overall.
The ball nose leaves a radiused bottom, which is what you want for 3D contours, fillets and mould surfaces rather than flat floors.
The stub length keeps the tool short and stiff, which is where you get the least deflection and the best finish.
TiCN is harder than TiN and holds up better in abrasive materials and higher feeds.
