This 6-flute cobalt high-speed steel roughing end mill combines HSS toughness with improved hot hardness for demanding material-removal applications. The truncated-tooth roughing profile breaks chips and distributes cutting load for productive stock removal before semi-finishing or finishing operations. The non-center-cutting geometry is intended for side milling and requires an existing entry path for axial engagement.

The TiAlN Hard Coat is intended for improved heat and wear resistance in demanding roughing applications.
