This 8-flute cobalt high-speed steel roughing end mill combines HSS toughness with improved hot hardness for demanding material-removal applications. The truncated-tooth roughing profile breaks chips and distributes cutting load for productive stock removal before semi-finishing or finishing operations. The non-center-cutting geometry is intended for side milling and requires an existing entry path for axial engagement.

The bright, uncoated finish provides a direct cutting edge for roughing operations where an added coating is not required.
