Ground from solid carbide. This tool cuts 1/8" diameter, runs a 1/8" shank, has 1/2" of flute and measures 1-1/2" overall.

The straight flute takes no helix angle, so it pulls neither up nor down on the work — useful on thin material and in slotting.

Uncoated, so the edge stays as sharp as it can be ground — the usual choice for aluminium and other soft, sticky materials.
