25/64" solid carbide square end mill, Uncoated, 4 flutes, 1" length of cut, 2-3/4" overall length.
The foundation of any tool crib: HTC solid carbide square end mills, single end, uncoated. With no coating on the edge, these tools are as sharp as carbide gets — exactly what soft, gummy and built-up-edge-prone materials want. They excel in aluminum, brass, copper and plastics, and handle general steel work economically wherever coated performance isn't required.
Solid micrograin carbide gives far more rigidity and wear resistance than high-speed steel, holding size and finish through long runs. The square end cuts clean, sharp internal corners in slots, pockets and shoulders. The family spans a very wide range of diameters, flute counts and lengths of cut — from delicate miniature work to full-size roughing — so one uncoated line covers most day-to-day milling.
For HTC carbide tools, coating service typically adds 2–3 calendar days when the uncoated tool is available. If the tool is not in stock, estimated time to ship is 7–10 calendar days.
Estimated time to ship is measured in calendar days, from order placement until your order is handed to the carrier. Carrier transit time is additional. Orders may ship sooner. We accept orders awaiting replenishment; please contact us before ordering if you need a specific shipping date.
