Ground from solid carbide. This tool cuts 1-3/16" diameter, runs a 1" shank, has 1-1/2" of flute and measures 4" overall.

The square end cuts a flat floor with a sharp corner — slots, pockets, shoulders and side milling.

This is a rougher: the chip-breaking edge form cuts the cutting pressure and breaks the chip into short pieces, so it removes stock faster than a finishing tool at the same power.

The Sky Coat finish is intended to support lubricity and wear resistance in milling applications.
